CSV export
Export the personalized order lines to a CSV file — for production planning in a spreadsheet, hand-off to a subcontractor, or import into another tool.
What’s in the file
Section titled “What’s in the file”One row per personalized line (an order with two engraved items produces two rows), including:
- order number and date,
- product and variant,
- every personalization field and its value (text, font, color, swatches, uploaded-image URLs),
- preparation status.
Spreadsheet safety
Section titled “Spreadsheet safety”Customer text is free-form, so the export neutralizes spreadsheet formula
injection: values that a spreadsheet would interpret as formulas (starting with =,
+, -, @…) are escaped. A malicious “engraving text” can’t execute anything when
you open the file in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
Text is exported verbatim otherwise — including accents and non-Latin characters — as UTF-8.
Workflow ideas
Section titled “Workflow ideas”- Weekly production planning: export, sort by font or material, batch similar jobs.
- Subcontracting: send the CSV to your engraver; every value they need is in one file.
- Reconciliation: cross-check personalized lines against your fulfillment reports.
